We sent you an email confirmation and login information to our client portal. We will also contact you to confirm your information and schedule a start date!

Payment Details:

Monthly plans are billed within 1 day of start of service, then on a monthly basis from that billing date.
Your card will be charged within 1 day after the completion of the initial cleanup.
If you chose to become a Prepaid Scooper Subscriber, we will contact you directly to confirm your prepaid plan term length and pricing.
Remember, Prepaid Scooper Subscribers prepay 3 months to save 5%, 6 months to save 10% and 12 months to save 20%. You can upgrade your monthly service to Scooper Subscriber at any time.
Scooper Subscribers also get free sanitizing ($20 value) and waste takeaway ($5 value) with every visit – that’s up to $200 in free services per month!

If would like to change your card information or cancel monthly service, you can do so in the client portal or by contacting us directly.
