Set up your Customer Profile
You’ll receive an email with your temporary password to access the customer portal, where you can update your contact and payment information, let us know where to access your yard, and manage your subscription status.
It’s Scoopin’ Time
We’ll text you with our ETA when we’re on the way and when we arrive before we enter your yard so you can bring your dog inside before our arrival. We’ll thoroughly comb your yard to remove your dog’s waste before dropping it in your trash can on the way out. Scooper Subscribers receive a free sanitizing deodorizer spray ($25 value) with each visit. You can also add these services a la carte on monthly accounts.
Curbside or Waste Takeaway
We’ll deposit your dog’s bagged waste in your preferred trash receptacle or we can take care of disposal for $5 per visit. Scooper Subscribers receive free Takeaway Service with every visit.
Closed Gate Photo
We’ll send you a photo of your closed or locked gate before we leave. The security of your property and safety of your dogs and family are our #1 priority. We’ll also sanitize our equipment and shoes to prevent from cross-contamination between yards.
