RESIDENTIAL CLIENTS (scroll down for commercial client terms of service)
As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe and unobstructed access into and out of the yard. If we are unable to clean due to inability to safely access your yard, you will be charged for that cleanup.
It is your responsibility to maintain a yard that is free of clutter, hazards, very overgrown grass or other obstructions that may prevent Clean Paws and its technicians from safely performing their duty in an effective manner. Clean Paws is not responsible for missed appointments if such conditions exist.
We require immediate notification of any changes in the number of pets in the household. If Clean Paws Technicians becomes aware of more resident dogs than are disclosed in the subscription plan, we will upgrade your subscription level. Shared backyards with multiple households (duplexes, apartments, condos, etc.) that have dogs must disclose the total number of animals using the backyard. If we find that more pets are using the backyard than are disclosed in the subscription, we reserve the right to increase your subscription price immediately and/or cease service if necessary.
It is the clients responsibility to keep pets inside during service. Aggressive, reactive, or territorial dogs should always be kept separated from Clean Paws Staff. In the event that a dog marked as dangerous enters the yard while a technician is on the premises, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment and charge you for the visit. If it happens repeatedly, we reserve the right to cancel service.
In the event of a dog attack, we will cancel service immediately and may seek reimbursement for medical costs.
Listed pricing covers areas being scooped up to .25 acres (this doesn't include your house, driveway, or parts of the yard the dog doesn't access). If the area we are servicing is .26-.49 acres, we will charge an additional 25% on top of base pricing. If the area we are scooping is .5-.75 acres, we will charge an 50% on top of base pricing. We use Google Maps' measuring tool to determine the square footage of your yard.
Inclement weather may make it hazardous or impossible to make a scheduled cleanup. In this event, we will be responsible for servicing your yard as soon as possible.
We will try to accommodate your preferred service day of the week, but reserve the right to move your service day based on route/driver availability.
If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please let us know in advance to pause the service.
We assume no liabilities for damages to yards, gates, pets or other properties.
